Please follow the following steps to ensure you’re properly onboarded to becoming a Partner of Heatmap.com and eventually a preferred partner!

1. Request to be a partner on Partnerstack if you’re going to be a referral partner.
   1. If you will only be a managed partner, please ensure you’ve requested from our landing page.
2. Complete this partner intake form as it will allow all of our teams to know all we need to know to serve you better!
3. If your agency is using slack and would like to have Tier 1 communication, please ask [email protected] if you didn’t get the invite yet (this is exclusively available until end of 2024 for non-preferred partners).
4. Create a Heatmap.com account using your agency email that will be invited by clients to their accounts then let [email protected] know. You can use this account for your own agency and use it to login to clients’ sites.
5. As an optional, start our **agency CRO certification** and share it with relevant colleagues.
   1. Once complete, please email [email protected] .
6. Get familiar with our AI CRO analyzer tool (coming soon).
7. Identify 2 domains (of prospects/clients) that would be perfect to trial Heatmap.com to ensure you can maximize the trainings.
8. 7 days from when data starts populating for these accounts, schedule a quick call with Dilyar to review before presenting to client/prospect.
9. Schedule a call with Dilyar to complete onboarding checks and discuss next steps toward co-selling, co-marketing and more!
